The program is taught by CYA qualified instructors who are in attendance at all times, both on land and on the water in rescue boats. Competitive sailing is available outside the course times. The competitive sailing includes attending local, national and international events and is offered as a separate program. The prime objective of the Learn to Sail Program is safety and skill development for personal enjoyment and fellowship. |
